Gutter Cleaning
Clogged gutters are the quiet cause of most fascia rot and foundation trouble we see in the Triangle. Pine straw, shingle grit and spring pollen pack the trough, water backs up under the bottom shingle course, and the fascia behind it starts to soften. We clear it by hand, flush every downspout, and tell you what the gutters revealed about the roof above.
